Delete your Bright & Brilliant account

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (instant)

1. Open the Bright & Brilliant app on your phone.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Tap the profile icon.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all associated data are removed from our servers immediately.

Option 2: Email us (if you no longer have the app)

Email hello@brightandbrilliantkids.com with the subject line “Delete my Bright & Brilliant account.” Include the email address you used to register. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your email address and password
• Your profile information
• Your in-app activity history (lessons opened, listening progress)
• The association between your account and any access codes previously redeemed

What we may retain

We may retain a small amount of data for a limited time when required by law or for legitimate operational reasons:

• Anonymized usage analytics, with no link back to your identity
• Records of payments or refunds (if any), kept for tax and accounting purposes for the period required by law
• Security logs, kept up to 90 days for fraud prevention

After those retention periods pass, the data is removed.
