Having dyslexia, this program hasn’t just given me the confidence I needed to teach my kids how to read, it has shown me that teaching my kids can be fun for the both of us. From skeptical to shocked! I'm not the most patient and would never consider myself a “teacher,” but this curriculum taught my preschooler to read in one summer (with no meltdowns from either of us 😅)

The lessons are simple and manageable, just 20 minutes a day, 3 to 4 days a week. Everything is adorable, the characters are so cute, and the songs are actually fun (and will get stuck in your head in the best way!). We both genuinely looked forward to it, which says a lot.

I was blown away by how user-friendly it is. My son started kindergarten already reading, and I’ll definitely be using this again with my younger son next year!

Because I started Bright & Brilliant before [my son] started school, he feels confident in his class. He believes that he is smart… Bright & Brilliant made it easy to teach him. It was really nice to never have to prep anything, and just have a cute and engaging lesson ready to go. When he started reading to me more fluently, rather than needing to sound out every letter every time, I felt very impressed with his progress and proud of both of us. Before [Bright & Brilliant], he was really hesitant to read words to me in books that I was reading to him, but now…he asks if he can read books to me.

Some days he would remind me to do his lesson for the day! He loved the music. He would be singing it around the house randomly and ask to play it when we weren’t doing lessons. I loved the songs too! These [lessons] feel different from other learning activities because they are infused with love. Each lesson has built-in reminders to help your child feel appreciated and noticed and like you’re proud of them. It brought us closer together to have all of this time spent in loving, learning, and connecting. I love being able to teach him things that I know will help him for the rest of his life. [Bright & Brilliant] is one hundred percent worth the investment to give your child the skill of reading wrapped with love.

We love Bright & Brilliant! There is such thought in every single detail, and it has turned out to be the perfect teaching tool that also brings fun into our home. I am so impressed at how this has been put together. The songs that go with the lessons and the stories for each letter are just adorable. My son loves putting the sticker on the alphabet village chart after each lesson. And he feels SO special to do “his lesson.” The lessons are not too long at all, and it is created in a way that it is easy for a mom of little kids to teach it without having to take a whole bunch of time to prepare to teach it. It truly is bright and brilliant and I am so glad that we chose it for our little guy! If you are like me, and want to teach your child in the home while they’re still so little, this is the perfect way to do it, and you and your kiddo will end each lesson with a smile on your face!

Bright and Brilliant has helped my son tremendously! He is now well above his grade level in his ability to read and write! As a father whose patience and ability to teach is well below average, it was very intimidating at first to teach my son to read. Bright and Brilliant made it easy!

Before beginning Bright & Brilliant, I had no idea where to start, but I knew I didn’t want to wait until school or wholly rely on school teachers to do all the work. Before we started, she could read her name and that was pretty much it. Now she has a solid foundation of all the letter sounds and can read short stories independently. Just a few weeks in, I remember being so impressed that she could already blend sounds into words with the letter sounds we’d learned so far. And now I have so many resources to help her continue strengthening her reading skills.

Bright & Brilliant is much more fun than other curriculum we’ve tried, and I love that we get to do it together so I know exactly what she’s working on and can help and encourage her. The songs and activities are top notch (my daughter especially loves the ones where she gets to glue!)

Having every lesson plan so organized was incredibly helpful. The step-by-step lessons are easy to follow, and each lesson includes so many great activities. We love the songs, the activities, and honestly I think the extension activity ideas alone would be worth the money.

She loves the music, and I think the songs are cute and fun too. I don’t get sick of the music like I do with other kids songs. Her two-year-old brother already recognizes some of the letter sounds because of the songs! I think he’ll be excited to learn when it’s his turn. The built-in reward systems help so much, and we’ve done some fun things as a family that I don’t think we would have done otherwise.

Bright & Brilliant is so worth the investment. The progress is real! I want to set my child up for success in school, and I’m so glad I have Bright & Brilliant to help get us there.
